ArentFox Schiff is pleased to announce that Partner Kay Georgi served as a contributing editor to the second edition of the International Guide to Export Controls and Economic Sanctions.
Published by the American Bar Association (ABA), the International Guide to Export Controls and Economic Sanctions is a guide for counsel and compliance professionals that offers an expanded and comprehensive scope of international laws for the United States, the European Union, and 23 additional countries, such as Australia, Brazil, China, Israel, Mexico, Singapore and Thailand. The guide discusses a variety of issues, including navigating the rules and managing client legal and compliance risks in export controls and economic sanctions law. In addition, each country chapter explains the country’s controls on encryption products and technology.
