Safe Pro Group Inc., a premier provider of artificial intelligence solutions specializing in drone imagery processing for humanitarian mine-clearing efforts, offered 1,020,000 shares of common stock at a public price of $5.00 per share for total gross proceeds of $5.1 million.
Trading began on August 28 under the Nasdaq Capital Market symbol “SPAI.”
