Arent Fox Sports Practice Group Leader and San Francisco Managing Partner Rich Brand will be moderating the panel, “Notable New Developments,” at Bisnow’s Bay Area Hospitality Summit at the Fairmont San Francisco in San Francisco, CA on October 24, 2019.
Fourteen hotels opened in the Bay Area in both 2018 and 2017, but with 47 hotels currently under construction, that number may increase this year and in years to come. Rich will lead a discussion with several industry exports that will explore the current landscape of development and highlight key hospitality trends in the Bay Area market. The panel will also provide insights on where the hospitality market is headed.
