Jun Fei Zhong

Jun Fei (Fei) is a Patent Agent in ArentFox Schiff’s Washington, DC office.

He is experienced in prosecuting patent applications in a wide range of technologies including video coding, gaming, television systems, networking, wireless communications, cellular devices, AI, Internet-related services, and vaping devices.

In addition to prosecuting patent applications, Jun Fei also has experience in patent invalidity and Freedom to Operate (FTO) opinions.

Previous Work

Before joining ArentFox Schiff, Fei was Senior IP Counsel at a pharmaceutical company. Prior to that, he worked at a vaping devices company in Shenzhen as Director of IP. Preceding that, Fei was Senior IP Counsel at a Chinese multinational technology company from Shenzhen. Jun Fei is also a former Patent Examiner at the USPTO where he examined patent applications directed to interactive video distribution.
