Brittany litigates high stakes, complex commercial and white collar disputes throughout the country. She manages a diverse practice involving commercial disputes, securities litigation, and derivative actions, with a particular focus on cases arising out of civil and criminal fraud. 

Brittany is also a member of ArentFox Schiff’s white collar practice. She represents companies, city agencies, and individuals confronted with allegations regarding business regulations, corruption, government contracts, and tax fraud. She has successfully helped her clients conduct internal investigations in response to state and federal inquiries, navigate grand jury investigations, respond to witness subpoenas, prepare for sentencings, and move for compassionate release.

Client Work

  • Successfully first-chaired complex financial products arbitration.
  • Represented a leading blockchain liquidity protocol involving securities allegations, resulting in the ultimate dismissal of all claims.
  • Pre-litigation representation of a managing director at an international investment banking firm who faced civil and criminal securities fraud allegations. No civil or criminal cases were filed.
  • Successfully represented one of the world’s largest internet-based TV and On-demand service providers for South Asian content, in obtaining emergency relief as a third-party intervenor, which effectively barred one of the parties from terminating its distribution agreement or otherwise ceasing transmission of its television channels to our client.
  • Pre-litigation representation of a jewelry distributor facing fraudulent transfer allegations.
  • Successful defense of a product manufacturer in tort lawsuits alleging personal injuries.
  • Represented an asbestos settlement trust defending against and asserting claims arising out of a settlement agreement and Trust Distribution Procedure.

Brittany has taken the opportunity to engage in pro bono at ArentFox Schiff and is working with Sanctuary for Families’ Anti-Trafficking Initiative. She also participates in the Pro Bono Counsel Program with the Federal Public Defender’s Office in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
