Transportation
Our team has worked on numerous types of transportation projects including airport facilities, bridges and tunnels (including international crossings and Boston’s ‘Big Dig’), toll roads (including the first toll road in California), and mass transit facilities (including a regional rail project in Pennsylvania).
Members of our team have represented issuers and underwriters in the financing of transportation facilities ranging from highways to bridges to subway systems. We also represent the operator of Washington’s Union Station in all aspects of its relationship with the Federal Department of Transportation and the Union Station Redevelopment Corporation, and in its relationship with Amtrak.
