ArentFox Schiff is responsible for drafting, filing, and prosecuting approximately 34,900 US and foreign patent applications, including roughly 20,900 active US patent applications and 14,000 foreign patent applications. The US patent applications include approximately 19,300 pending non-provisional applications, 400 pending provisional applications, and 1,200 pending design applications.
In the last few years, ArentFox Schiff has filed approximately 1,900 US patent applications and approximately 700 direct foreign and PCT applications, annually.
