The Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) may seem daunting for many companies and business owners. Both the failure to timely file the required information and filing inaccurate information can subject entities and individuals to significant personal liability and penalties. We have formed an internal team with specialized knowledge of the CTA to facilitate the efficient handling of CTA queries.
