Schiff Hardin LLP advised Consolidated Communications Holdings, Inc., a leading broadband and business communications provider, on the second stage of the investment from Searchlight Capital Partners, L.P. in an amount of $75 million. Upon closing the second stage of its investment on Dec. 7, 2021, Searchlight has invested a total of $425 million, which was structured in two stages with the initial investment of $350 million occurring in October 2020 in conjunction with Consolidated’s global refinancing. Schiff also advised on the refinancing.
