ArentFox Schiff Welcomes IP Litigator Christopher S. Schultz in Boston
ArentFox Schiff is pleased to announce the expansion of its Intellectual Property Litigation group with the addition of Partner Christopher S. Schultz in the firm’s Boston office.
Chris brings an impressive record of success for his clients as lead trial attorney in IP matters in federal district court, the United States Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), the US International Trade Commission, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
A former patent examiner with an electrical engineering degree, Chris was head of the PTAB practice at his prior firm and brings more than two decades of experience practicing patent law. Chris frequently works on matters involving complex technologies and life sciences, including, software, computer networking, wireless telecommunications, and medical devices.
