ArentFox Schiff Selected as Unsecured Creditors Committee Counsel to PGX Holdings in Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Case
Our Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring Practice was selected as counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy case for PGX Holdings Inc.
PGX is a technology and services company specializing in credit report repair services and consumer education. PGX owns the brands and trademarks for “creditrepair.com,” “credit.com,” and “Lexington Law.” PGX filed for Chapter 11 in the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on June 5, following a years-long battle with the US Consumer Financial Protection Bureau over its billing for credit repair services.
