ArentFox Schiff Represents VHB in Their Continued Growth

ArentFox Schiff represented VHB, a national civil engineering firm, in two acquisitions, expanding VHB’s client service capabilities along the East Coast.

The first acquisition of transportation firm McPherson Consulting brings a full suite of traffic engineering and transportation planning services to VHB, allowing VHB to strengthen service offerings along the I-64 innovation corridor between Richmond and Virginia Beach. The deal closed on May 13.

The second acquisition involved civil engineering firm Urban Engineers, which partners with public and private sector clients in land development projects serving the Atlanta metro area. This deal will significantly expand VHB’s land development and real estate capabilities across the Southeast region. The deal closed on June 10.
