ArentFox Schiff represented Joseph Gunnar & Co., LLC, which acted as underwriter and sole book-running manager for Lucas GC Limited’s $6 million initial public offering.
Lucas GC Limited, an artificial intelligence (AI) technology-driven online agent-centric human capital management service provider, offered 1,500,000 ordinary shares at a public offering price of $4.00 per share for total gross proceeds of $6 million.
The offering closed on March 7, 2024.
The AFS team included Partners Cavas Pavri and Ralph De Martino, and Associate Jeffrey Kennedy.
