ArentFox Schiff Advises Fashion Icon Alexander Wang on New Creative Office Space and Showroom at the Seaport
ArentFox Schiff represented internationally renowned fashion designer Alexander Wang in the leasing of a new global headquarters in the Fulton Market Building of the Seaport, a high-end commercial retail destination in Lower Manhattan.
The Alexander Wang team from AFS includes Anthony V. Lupo, Allan E. Anderson, R. Erica Roque, Megan A. Rzonca, Lindsay Korotkin, and Rachael B. Skigen. Rachael led the negotiations and advised on the signing of a 15-year lease for approximately 46,000 square feet, which includes creative office space, a showroom, and a 5,000-square-foot patio overlooking the historic neighborhood with views of the Brooklyn Bridge and East River.
The AFS Fashion Industry team also serves as a general advisor on Alexander Wang retail locations across the country.
