ArentFox Schiff Advises on Carlisle Management’s Definitive Agreement with Abacus Life

ArentFox Schiff served as legal counsel to the controlling owner of Carlisle Management Company SCA, a leading Luxembourg-based investment manager with approximately $2 billion in assets under its management, in connection with its definitive agreement to be acquired by Abacus Life, Inc., a leading buyer of life insurance policies.

Carlisle shareholders will receive a combination of Abacus bonds and Abacus common stock as consideration. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
