Arent Fox’s Phil English Quoted in CQ Roll Call
Representative Pat Tiberi (R-OH) is the seventh GOP Congressman on the House Ways and Means Committee to announce retirement in recent months. According to the article, there are two possible explanations for the recently announced departures: one is frustration with “toxic partisanship and deep dysfunction on Capitol Hill.”
The other view is that the GOP is confident that the upcoming tax reform vote will pass.
