Arent Fox Receives ‘Deal of the Year’ Award from DC Economic Partnership
Partners Richard A. Newman and Sean W. Glynn advised the nonprofit academic organization on a financing deal and real estate acquisition that allowed SED Center to own its new facility through bond financing. The award is given annually through the DC Revenue Bond Program.
SED Center serves hundreds of Washington-area families through adult education and children development programs, including bilingual infant and preschool programs for pre-school children old and an adult education program.
