Arent Fox Continues National Expansion, Merges with Boston’s Posternak
Arent Fox LLP and Posternak Blankstein & Lund LLP are pleased to announce they have reached a formal agreement to merge, effective January 1, 2019. The merger will mark Arent Fox’s first expansion into the Boston market. Founded in 1980, Posternak is a 55-lawyer Boston-based firm focusing on business transactions and complex litigation.

With the merger, Arent Fox will have more than 450 attorneys focusing on regulatory, transactional, intellectual property, and litigation counseling. Beginning in 2019, the firm will operate in Washington, DC, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, and Boston, where Arent Fox will have one of the largest offices in the city.
