The ArentFox Schiff transactional team handled all aspects of the transaction for Keeler, including restructuring operations into a new post-closing organizational structure and counsel on franchise issues with the four manufacturers involved, state licensing, employment agreements for Keeler executives involved in the post-closing business and sophisticated tax strategies involved with the transaction and the transfer of real estate proceeds into a 1031 exchange.
