Group 1 Automotive is a publicly traded Fortune 300 automotive retailer with over 200 US and UK dealerships that acquired the assets of the three franchises in an asset purchase transaction. As part of the transaction, ArentFox Schiff counseled Group 1 on the purchase of the dealerships’ properties, prepared inter-company leases, and assisted Group 1 with its diligence review.
