Georgetown 2019 International Trade Update

The event was hosted at Georgetown University Law Center on March 7 – 8, 2019 in Washington, DC and explored various topics related to the International Trade space. Diana was a part of a panel titled “Commerce Year Ahead” where she discussed industry concerns regarding the Section 232 exclusion process, treatment of Section 232 duties in the AD/CVD context, as well as other trade remedy issues including Commerce’s application of the new statutory provisions regarding particular market situations, anti-circumvention proceedings, duty drawback and court litigation surrounding these issues.
