Zara focuses on US and international trademark portfolio management, including trademark clearance, prosecution and enforcement, as well as copyright and trademark counseling across several industries.
Previous Work
Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Zara handled US and international trademark portfolio management and counseled global clients in a variety of industries at an international law firm. She regularly advised clients on trademark infringement and unfair competition matters, intellectual property aspects of complex merger and acquisitions transactions, licensing, and intellectual property agreements and policies. She also led several Russia-related projects.
