Sarah advises institutional and individual clients in commercial, securities, and class action litigation, as well as government and internal investigations. She has experience with complex, cross-border investigations and litigations involving alleged securities fraud, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act violations, workplace misconduct, and other white-collar matters.
Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Sarah was a litigation associate at an international law firm. She also previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable James R. Cho, United States Magistrate Judge in the Eastern District of New York. During law school, she worked at the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Federal Public Defender’s Office in Oakland, California.
