Matthew has drafted memoranda on various federal regulations, such as the Administrative Procedure Act and American Arbitration Association procedural rules. He has also assisted in completing legal research, drafting memoranda, and due diligence in a wide range of legal matters including tax, mergers and acquisitions, and anti-money laundering. Matthew’s background in higher education gives him an ability to connect with, understand, and analyze the unique goals of each client, which fosters his creative and relational approach to guiding clients through the complexities of their legal issues.

Life Beyond the Law
Outside of work, Matthew enjoys spoiling rotten his two dogs, attending live music, and eating his way through Chicago. A Wisconsinite at heart, he also loves cheering on his beloved Wisconsin Badgers, Green Bay Packers, and Milwaukee Bucks, but is slowly learning to love the Chicago Cubs.
