Lili C. Ozarowski

Lili’s practice has a focus on consumer electronics, home goods, industrial products, fire & explosions, and CPSC investigation & counseling.  She understands the value of avoiding litigation where appropriate and the importance of strong advocacy through trial when necessary.  She has obtained numerous favorable early resolutions including discontinuances, dismissals and settlements; and served as litigation counsel from the pleadings stage through fact and expert discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial.

Lili is also an adjunct professor of trial advocacy at Fordham University School of Law, coaching law students in national mock trial competitions.

Before joining ArentFox Schiff, Lili was a litigation associate in the New York office of an international law firm. She enjoyed a career as a professional actress before attending law school.
