Kinnon represents clients in real estate and corporate transactions that include leasing and subleasing, financing, and the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties across the United States. His practice also includes representing a client with hotel franchise transactions.

In addition, Kinnon has contributed to the firm’s pro bono efforts by volunteering at the DC Landlord Tenant Resource Center.

Previous Work

Prior to rejoining ArentFox Schiff, Kinnon was a legal intern for the US International Trade Commission and the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Vermont.
