Jessica has experience in a wide variety of complex business and intellectual property disputes. Her range of matters includes breach of contract, unfair business practices, employment discrimination, shareholder derivative disputes, trademark infringement, and fraud claims.
Client Work
Jessica’s experience includes:
- Obtained a favorable early settlement for a large electronics company in a matter involving workplace discrimination and retaliation.
- Successfully secured a non-monetary settlement for the CEO of a film distribution and aggregator company in a shareholder derivative lawsuit alleging dilution, corporate waste, breaches of fiduciary duties, and a companion trademark lawsuit.
- Acquired a favorable settlement for internet commerce clients in matters involving allegations of fraud, copyright, and trade dress infringement related to competing companies’ web designs.
- Won a full dismissal with prejudice on behalf of an insurance company in a suit brought by a third-party claimant alleging injuries from a motor vehicle accident with the insured and asserting allegations of fraud against the insurer.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys trying out new restaurants, attending musicals, and traveling.
