Jamy works with commercial lenders, developers, institutional investors and operators on a variety of complex real estate financing transactions across the United States. His real estate practice involves performing due diligence and drafting and negotiating agreements for joint ventures and the origination and restructuring of construction loans, term loans and secured credit facilities. He has worked with a variety of asset classes, including hotels, industrial, low-income housing, office, multifamily and retail.
In addition to his real estate practice, Jamy also works with public and private companies, private equity funds and venture capital funds on a variety of corporate matters ranging from technology agreements to mergers and acquisitions.
Previous Work
During law school, Jamy was the Executive Notes and Comments Editor for the Maryland Law Review. In his clinical work, he represented victims of housing discrimination and tenants facing eviction during the COVID-19 pandemic as a student attorney. Jamy was also the Outside Competitions Chair for the Moot Court Board.
