Elizabeth is experienced in all aspects and stages of intellectual property litigation, with a focus on trademark, trade dress, and copyright protection and enforcement. Elizabeth is also experienced in advising clients on issues related to trademarks, trade dress, copyrights, and unfair competition. Elizabeth has employed a client-focused approach to successfully represent and counsel clients in a wide variety of industries, including areas of consumer products, food and beverage, fashion, and telecommunications.
Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Elizabeth was an intellectual property associate at a prominent, international law firm. Her practice focused on intellectual property litigation, counseling, and clearance.
Elizabeth is a member of the International Trademark Association.
Life Beyond the Law
In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys writing short stories, sampling afternoon tea offerings around the city, and spending time with her two Bichon Frise dogs.
