Devon practices complex civil litigation and is an associate in the Automotive group. She represents individuals, businesses, and dealerships, both in the courtroom and during dispute resolution negotiations.
Devon provides her clients with tailored solutions to their complex legal issues by getting to know them and understanding their problems from every angle, spotting opportunities and potential pitfalls in each case. While some clients desire a litigious approach, others prefer to utilize methods of alternative dispute resolution from the outset – and Devon is able to conceptualize and execute these strategies from beginning to end.
Client Work
Devon is experienced in drafting and strategic analysis of pleadings, dispositive motions, and written discovery in state and federal court. She is equipped to conduct depositions of parties and fact witnesses and has previously argued before the Massachusetts Superior Court. Devon often prepares detailed litigation plans to provide clients with comprehensive analyses of liabilities and damages.
Previous Work
Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Devon practiced business litigation and dispute resolution at a mid-sized Boston-based law firm. Before that, she was a litigation associate at a regional firm, where she specialized in medical malpractice defense. Devon received her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, where she participated in the Accelerator Practice clinic and was a member of the Law Review.
