Client Work
Colin has extensive experience in working with clients who develop 5G/3GPP networks, as well as RFID/NFC technology, drug delivery devices, and surgical devices. His practice is focused on patent prosecution and helping clients develop patent portfolios that maximize the value of inventions. Colin also advises clients regarding patent infringement risk and patent validity for transactions and product development.
Previous Work
Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Colin was an attorney at an Alexandria, Virginia-based law firm. While he was there, he assisted clients on all aspects of patent law. Before that, Colin was a lecturer at a university in Thailand.
