Client Work
Christina’s representative matters include:
- Representation of a variety of corporate clients, including publicly traded and private companies, real estate investors, financial institutions, and government entities.
- Representation of commercial tenants in lease negotiations for office and retail uses.
- Closing complicated acquisition and disposition matters and loan transactions by structuring and negotiating terms, preparing transaction and closing documents, performing due diligence of title, survey, and zoning materials, and coordinating deal teams.
- Representation of a private company in multiple acquisitions of farmland throughout the US.
- Representation of private lenders in a wide range of lending transactions, including mortgage financing, loan assumptions and restructuring, negotiated workouts, foreclosure, and deed-in-lieu transactions.
- Representation of lenders in solar project financing, including analyzing and managing the real estate due diligence review in connection with the creation and financing of solar energy facilities.
- Representation of tax-exempt corporations and underwriters in the arranging of tax-exempt bond financing for capital projects.
