Bryson maintains a high-level, fast-paced generalist commercial real estate practice, representing a sophisticated roster of clients focused primarily on acquisitions and dispositions of improved and unimproved properties, development projects, joint ventures, borrower-side financing (including both traditional real estate-secured debt, as well as mezzanine and other structured financing vehicles) and asset management.
Bryson actively participates alongside clients in all aspects of deal conceptualization and structuring, transactional due diligence, risk assessment, and entity formations. He has extensive experience advising clients in matters involving most commercial real estate asset classes, including multifamily, office, mixed-use, manufactured housing, industrial, and self-storage. His clients are private equity fund managers and institutional investors, as well as mid-sized companies and family offices investing across multiple states and geographical areas, covering the entire east coast and much of the south and southwest.
Bryson effectively combines attention to detail with a big-picture, “real world” approach to deals. He keeps deals on track while preserving the flexibility his clients need to react to changes in circumstances and deal terms, and takes command of negotiations to ensure that his clients’ priorities are addressed while transactions progress efficiently.
