Angela Fuccillo Stokes

Angela represents owners, developers, institutional investors, private equity clients and non-profits across multifamily, office, and other commercial asset classes in a variety of general real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, commercial loans, asset management and leases. On behalf of her clients, Angela negotiates purchase and sale agreements, commercial loan documents secured by real property, management agreements, listing agreements and leases. She also assists clients with due diligence review including, without limitation, title and survey review and zoning compliance. Whether it be an acquisition, disposition or refinance, Angela manages the closing process for her clients to make it as easy and efficient as possible.  

Angela also assists clients with entity creation and in drafting limited liability company and limited partnership agreements.
