Alexis represents lenders and borrowers in a broad range of complex corporate finance transactions, including acquisition financings, asset-based financings, and mezzanine financings. She focuses her practice on representing lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured debt facilities, private equity funds and related portfolio companies, and small business investment companies in their deployment of capital, including intercreditor issues. She also frequently serves as Michigan local counsel to secured and unsecured debt facilities.

  • Represented a private equity fund in the financing of its acquisition of a supplier of a broad portfolio of custom and standard hardware and component products for original equipment manufacturers, as well as maintenance, repair, and operations applications
  • Represented numerous private equity funds and independent sponsors in the financing of their acquisition of dental service organizations and relationships with dental practices
  • Represented a private equity fund in its acquisition of a company that engineers, manufactures, and markets innovative solutions for commercial lighting across North America and the related acquisition financing
  • Represented a private equity fund in its acquisition of a manufacturer of disposable foodservice dine-in and takeout to-go products and the related acquisition financing
  • Represented a private equity fund in its acquisition of one of the largest providers of community-based behavioral and social services in America and the related acquisition financing
  • Represented a private equity fund in its acquisition of a company that serves as an independent, outsourced provider of inspection and integrity services for all disciplines of midstream pipeline, pipeline stations, terminals, power plants, tank storage farms, and other energy related fields
  • Represented a private equity fund in the financing of its acquisition of an importer and distributor of non-perishable food and beverage products
  • Represented a private equity fund in the financing of its acquisition of a marketer of residential replacement windows, roofing, and siding
  • Represented a private equity fund in the financing of its acquisition of a pallet supply company
  • Represented a private equity fund in the financing of its acquisition of a manufacturer and distributor of outdoor sports products
