Yun is an attorney in the International Trade practice and a member of the Forced Labor Task Force.

Client Work

Yun’s practice is focused on trade remedies and customs laws.  Yun represents clients in a variety of international trade matters including anti-dumping duty, countervailing duty, Section 232 and Section 301 duties before the U.S. Department of Commerce, the U.S. International Trade Commission, and the U.S. Trade Representative.  Yun has defended the interests of multinational corporations, small and medium-sized enterprises, U.S. importers, foreign government and trade associations. Her recent work includes representing a leading U.S. solar company in the anti-circumvention investigation on solar cells and modules from four Southeast countries before the U.S. Department of Commerce. 

Yun also advises companies on customs compliance matters, including tariff classification, country of origin analysis, first sale duty saving programs, and other regulatory issues involving trade enforcement actions to ensure compliance and minimal exposure to duties and penalties.  Yun’s experience in customs compliance including assisting clients navigate the complex regulatory landscape of the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) and the Enforcement and Protect Act (EAPA).  

Previous Work

Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Yun worked at a leading accounting firm where she advised clients on import and export compliance matters.  Before that she was an associate at Crowell & Moring LLP and also gained experience at a boutique law firm dedicated to international trade and customs practice.

Yun is fluent in Mandarin.  Yun also enjoys cooking, travelling, scuba diving and yoga.
